1 Who We Are

This Privacy Policy is issued by jilib, the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jilib.app (the "Platform"). jilib operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and is subject to the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

For the purposes of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173, hereinafter "DPA"), jilib acts as the Personal Information Controller in respect of the personal data of its registered Players and website visitors. This means jilib determines the purposes and means by which your personal data is processed.

This Privacy Policy applies to all personal data collected through the jilib Platform, including via the website, mobile web interface, customer support channels, and any other touchpoints through which you interact with jilib.

2 Personal Data We Collect

jilib collects the following categories of personal data, depending on how you interact with the Platform:

jilib does not collect sensitive personal information (as defined under the DPA, such as health data, religious beliefs, or political affiliations) unless specifically required by law or with your explicit consent.

3 How We Collect Your Data

jilib collects personal data through the following means:

• Direct Collection: Information you provide when registering for an Account, completing KYC verification, making deposits or withdrawals, contacting customer support, or participating in promotions.
• Automated Collection: Technical and usage data collected automatically when you access and use the Platform, including through cookies, web beacons, and server logs. See Section 7 for more information on cookies.
• Third-Party Sources: Identity verification data from KYC service providers; fraud and AML screening data from compliance databases; payment data from GCash, PayMaya, and banking partners as part of transaction processing.
• Publicly Available Sources: In limited circumstances, jilib may supplement your data with information from publicly available sources (such as public records) for fraud prevention or AML compliance purposes.

4 How We Use Your Personal Data

jilib uses your personal data for the following purposes:

• Account Management: To create, maintain, and administer your jilib Account, including processing your registration, verifying your identity, and managing your Account settings.
• Service Delivery: To provide you with access to the games, features, and services available on the jilib Platform, including processing deposits, withdrawals, and bonus credits.
• Regulatory Compliance: To comply with PAGCOR licensing requirements, the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA), the DPA, and all other applicable Philippine laws and regulations, including mandatory reporting obligations.
• Fraud Prevention and Security: To detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent activity, money laundering, unauthorized account access, and other illegal or prohibited conduct on the Platform.
• Responsible Gaming: To monitor gameplay patterns for indicators of problem gambling, to enforce self-exclusion and limit settings, and to provide responsible gaming interventions where appropriate.
• Customer Support: To respond to your inquiries, resolve disputes, and provide technical assistance.
• Platform Improvement: To analyze usage patterns, conduct research, and improve the features, performance, and user experience of the jilib Platform.
• Marketing Communications: To send you promotional offers, news, and updates about jilib — but only where you have opted in to receive such communications. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time — see Section 13 for details.

5 Legal Basis for Processing

jilib processes your personal data on the following legal bases as recognized under the Philippine Data Privacy Act:

• Contractual Necessity: Processing is necessary to perform our contract with you — specifically, to operate your jilib Account and deliver the services you have registered for.
• Legal Obligation: Processing is required to comply with applicable Philippine laws, including PAGCOR regulations, AMLA reporting obligations, and tax laws.
• Legitimate Interests: Processing is necessary for jilib's legitimate interests, including fraud prevention, platform security, and service improvement, provided these interests are not overridden by your rights and freedoms.
• Consent: For marketing communications and any processing not covered by the above bases, jilib relies on your freely given, specific, and informed consent. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

6 Data Sharing & Disclosure

jilib does not sell your personal data. We may share your personal data with the following categories of recipients, strictly on a need-to-know basis and subject to appropriate data protection safeguards:

• Regulatory Authorities: PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission (NPC), and other Philippine government agencies, where disclosure is required by law or regulatory directive.
• Payment Processors: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and Philippine banking partners (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank) for the purpose of processing deposits and withdrawals.
• KYC and Compliance Providers: Third-party identity verification and AML screening service providers engaged by jilib to fulfill its regulatory obligations.
• Technology Service Providers: Cloud hosting providers, cybersecurity firms, and software vendors who process data on jilib's behalf under binding data processing agreements that require them to protect your data in accordance with the DPA.
• Game Content Providers: Third-party game studios and live dealer operators whose games are made available on the jilib Platform, to the extent necessary for game operation and integrity monitoring.
• Professional Advisers: Legal counsel, auditors, and accountants, subject to professional confidentiality obligations.
• Law Enforcement: Philippine law enforcement agencies, where disclosure is required by a valid court order, subpoena, or other lawful process.

All third parties with whom jilib shares personal data are required to handle that data in accordance with the DPA and jilib's data protection standards. jilib does not permit third-party service providers to use your personal data for their own purposes.

7 Cookies & Tracking Technologies

jilib uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on the Platform to enhance your experience, maintain session security, and analyze usage patterns. The following types of cookies are used:

• Strictly Necessary Cookies: Essential for the Platform to function. These include session authentication cookies and security tokens. These cookies cannot be disabled without affecting Platform functionality.
• Functional Cookies: Remember your preferences (such as language settings and display options) to personalize your experience on return visits.
• Analytics Cookies: Collect aggregated, anonymized data about how Players use the Platform — such as pages visited, time spent, and navigation paths — to help jilib improve the service.
• Security Cookies: Used to detect and prevent fraudulent activity, unauthorized access, and bot traffic.

You may manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings. Please note that disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of the jilib Platform. jilib does not use third-party advertising or behavioral tracking cookies.

8 Data Retention

jilib retains your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable Philippine law. The following retention periods apply:

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, jilib will securely delete or anonymize your personal data in accordance with its data disposal procedures. Where data is anonymized, it may be retained indefinitely for statistical and analytical purposes.

9 Data Security

jilib implements a comprehensive set of technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or destruction. These measures include:

• Encryption: All data transmitted between your device and jilib's servers is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher. Sensitive data stored at rest is encrypted using AES-256.
• Access Controls: Role-based access controls (RBAC) ensure that only authorized personnel can access personal data, and only to the extent required by their job function.
• Multi-Factor Authentication: Administrative access to jilib's systems requires multi-factor authentication. Players are encouraged to enable 2FA on their Accounts.
• Penetration Testing: jilib conducts regular third-party security assessments and penetration tests to identify and remediate vulnerabilities.
• Incident Response: jilib maintains a documented data breach response plan. In the event of a personal data breach that poses a risk to your rights and freedoms, jilib will notify the National Privacy Commission (NPC) within 72 hours and affected Players without undue delay, as required by the DPA.
• Staff Training: All jilib personnel who handle personal data receive regular data privacy and security training.

While jilib takes all reasonable steps to protect your personal data, no internet transmission or electronic storage system is 100% secure. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Account credentials and for notifying jilib immediately of any suspected unauthorized access.

10 Your Data Privacy Rights

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data held by jilib:

• Right to be Informed: The right to be informed of how your personal data is being collected and processed — which is the primary purpose of this Privacy Policy.
• Right of Access: The right to request a copy of the personal data jilib holds about you, together with information about how it is being processed.
• Right to Rectification: The right to request correction of any inaccurate or incomplete personal data jilib holds about you.
• Right to Erasure: The right to request deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, subject to jilib's legal retention obligations.
• Right to Object: The right to object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes or where processing is based on jilib's legitimate interests.
• Right to Data Portability: The right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and to transmit it to another controller where technically feasible.
• Right to Lodge a Complaint: The right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) if you believe jilib has violated your data privacy rights.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact jilib's Data Protection Officer using the details in Section 15. jilib will respond to all valid requests within thirty (30) days. In complex cases, this period may be extended by a further thirty (30) days, with notice to you.

11 Children's Privacy

The jilib Platform is strictly intended for persons aged 21 years and above. jilib does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. If you are under 21, you must not register for or use the jilib Platform.

If jilib becomes aware that it has inadvertently collected personal data from a person under the age of 21, it will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated Account. If you believe that jilib may have collected data from an underage individual, please contact us immediately using the details in Section 15.

12 Cross-Border Data Transfers

jilib's primary data processing operations are conducted within the Philippines. In limited circumstances, personal data may be transferred to or processed by service providers located outside the Philippines — for example, cloud infrastructure providers or international game content suppliers.

Where such transfers occur, jilib ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your personal data, including contractual clauses that require the recipient to apply data protection standards equivalent to those required under the Philippine DPA. jilib will not transfer your personal data to a country that does not provide an adequate level of data protection without your explicit consent or without implementing appropriate safeguards.

13 Marketing Communications

jilib may send you promotional emails, SMS messages, and in-platform notifications about bonuses, new games, and special offers — but only where you have explicitly opted in to receive such communications during registration or through your Account settings.

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by:

• Clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in any marketing email from jilib;
• Updating your communication preferences in your jilib Account settings; or
• Contacting jilib support and requesting removal from marketing lists.

Opting out of marketing communications will not affect transactional communications that jilib is required to send you in connection with your Account, such as deposit confirmations, withdrawal notifications, security alerts, and regulatory notices.

14 Changes to This Privacy Policy

jilib reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data practices, applicable law, or regulatory requirements. When material changes are made, jilib will notify registered Players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

The date on which this Privacy Policy was last updated is displayed at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed about how jilib protects your personal data. Your continued use of the jilib Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acknowledgment of the updated policy.
