1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "jilib", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the jilib online gaming platform, accessible at jilib.app, and its operating entity.
• "Platform" means the jilib website, mobile web application, and all associated services, games, and features made available to registered users.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the jilib Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on the jilib Platform.
• "Balance" means the total amount of real-money funds held in a Player's jilib Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account by jilib.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "Terms" means these Terms and Conditions, as amended from time to time.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the jilib Platform, creating an Account, or using any service offered by jilib, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with jilib's Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jilib Platform and, if applicable, close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and jilib with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind.

3 Eligibility

To register and use the jilib Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as prescribed under applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.
2. You must be physically located within the Philippines at the time of registration and during gameplay, unless jilib expressly permits access from other jurisdictions in writing.
3. You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
4. You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of jilib or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors.
5. You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the jilib Platform or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.
6. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

jilib reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued identification card, proof of address, or proof of age. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by jilib may result in Account suspension or closure.

4 Account Registration

To access the full features of the jilib Platform, you must register for an Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one jilib Account. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any Balance held therein.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Know Your Customer (KYC): jilib is required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of all Players. You agree to submit valid government-issued identification and any other documentation requested by jilib as part of the KYC process. Withdrawals may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
• Account Ownership: Your jilib Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person. You may not allow any third party to access or use your Account.
• Account Approval: jilib reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your jilib Account credentials, including your password, one-time passwords (OTPs), and any biometric authentication data used to access your Account.

You must not share your login credentials with any other person. jilib will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or any other communication channel.

You agree to notify jilib immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. jilib will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account prior to notification of unauthorized access will be deemed to have been authorized by you.

jilib reserves the right to suspend or lock your Account if we detect unusual activity, suspected unauthorized access, or any activity that may indicate a security breach. We will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable if such action is taken.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the jilib Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. jilib reserves the right to amend minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time with reasonable notice to Players.
• Accepted Payment Methods: jilib accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and major Philippine bank transfers including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card deposits may also be accepted subject to availability. jilib does not accept credit card deposits for gambling transactions in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your jilib Account instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) banking day to be reflected in your Account Balance.
• Withdrawal Requests: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. jilib aims to process withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) hours. Actual receipt of funds depends on the processing times of the relevant payment provider.
• Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. jilib reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.
• Transaction Limits: jilib may impose daily, weekly, or monthly deposit and withdrawal limits on individual Accounts. Players may request adjustments to these limits through the Account settings or by contacting jilib support, subject to responsible gaming considerations.
• Dormant Accounts: An Account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. jilib reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant Accounts in accordance with its dormant account policy, as notified to Players from time to time.

jilib does not accept or facilitate transactions involving cryptocurrency of any kind. Any attempt to deposit funds via cryptocurrency will be rejected and returned, subject to applicable processing fees.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

jilib may from time to time offer bonuses, free credits, cashback promotions, and other incentives to Players. All such offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:

• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the promotion's individual terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. jilib reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion. Bonuses may not be available to Players who have previously self-excluded or who are subject to account restrictions.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active in a Player's Account at any given time. Opting into a new bonus while a previous bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Abuse and Fraud: jilib reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close Accounts, where it reasonably suspects that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, or any form of fraudulent activity in connection with a promotion.
• Modification and Withdrawal: jilib reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to a Player's Account prior to the modification.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds that are not used within the validity period specified in the promotion's terms will expire and be removed from the Player's Account without compensation.

8 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the jilib Platform — including but not limited to live casino games, online slots, bingo, Golden Bank, and Hi-Lo — are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before placing wagers.

jilib uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure that game outcomes are random, fair, and not subject to manipulation. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the same standards of fairness and integrity.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on a Player's device and the result recorded on jilib's servers, the result recorded on jilib's servers shall be deemed the authoritative and final result.

jilib reserves the right to void any wager or game round where a technical malfunction, software error, or human error has materially affected the outcome. In such cases, the affected wager amount will be returned to the Player's Account Balance.

Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. Past results do not predict future results.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilib Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to the relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point during the KYC process.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or are otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Attempting to manipulate, hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software, games, or security systems.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players or with jilib employees to influence game outcomes.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity in violation of Philippine law, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and its amendments.
• Charging back or reversing any deposit transaction after funds have been used for wagering.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown bug are void and must be returned.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing jilib staff or other Players through any communication channel.

10 Responsible Gaming

jilib is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to minimizing the potential harms associated with gambling. We provide the following tools and resources to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Accounts. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a cooling-off period of at least 24 hours.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum session duration after which they will be automatically logged out of the Platform.
• Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum loss threshold per day, week, or month. Once the threshold is reached, further wagering will be suspended for the relevant period.
• Cool-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a period of their choosing (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 weeks). During a cool-off period, the Account cannot be used for wagering, and no marketing communications will be sent.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel that their gambling has become problematic may request permanent self-exclusion from the jilib Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irrevocable for a minimum period of six (6) months. Players who self-exclude will be removed from all jilib marketing lists.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the jilib Platform — including but not limited to the jilib brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of jilib or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jilib Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without jilib's prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any jilib trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement without express written permission.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform by automated means.

Any unauthorized use of jilib's intellectual property may result in legal action. If you believe that any content on the Platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us using the details in Section 16.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilib's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jilib Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jilib shall not be liable for any of the following, whether direct or indirect, foreseeable or unforeseeable:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
• Losses arising from interruptions to the Platform caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information published on the Platform, including game RTP figures, promotional terms, or odds.
• Losses arising from the actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, game suppliers, or other service providers.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit jilib's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

jilib collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations.

By registering for a jilib Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and — where you have opted in — marketing communications.

You have the right to access, correct, and request the deletion of your personal data held by jilib, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention requirements. To exercise these rights, please refer to the jilib Privacy Policy or contact our support team.

14 Amendments to These Terms

jilib reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jilib will notify registered Players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the jilib Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request the closure of your Account and withdrawal of any remaining Balance.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, together with the date on which they were last updated.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between you and jilib, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through jilib's internal complaints process. To initiate a complaint, please contact jilib support with a detailed description of your concern. jilib will acknowledge your complaint within two (2) business days and aim to provide a resolution within fourteen (14) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism or to the appropriate courts of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any unresolved disputes.
